I want to apply for the HK PhD Fellowship Scheme at HKUST. What should I do?

Obtain an HKPFS reference number from the HK Research Grants Council (RGC), then submit an application of PhD Program online directly to HKUST. Tick the box to indicate your interest to be considered for HKPFS, and input your HKPFS reference number in the Online Admission System (OAS).
Ensure that the HKPFS reference number obtained from the RGC matches the one you input in the OAS.
