Doing a PhD in HKUST is an incredible opportunity to combine top-level study and learning while gaining invaluable insight into China's culture and history. The campus is beautiful and has plenty of facilities. Moreover, the people are very nice and always helpful. The University offers hundreds of side activities of all kinds, from sports to the arts to social engagement. The stimulating and challenging environment allows me to grow and blossom not only in my academic pursuits but also on a personal level. I consider this an extraordinary chapter in my life.
