Li Yee completed both her bachelor's and master's degree in Malaysia, and she had always desired to pursue a PhD degree in another cultural setting. "HKUST has provided me with such an opportunity to work with outstanding researchers from different countries. They are enthusiastic and we exchanged thoughts and findings. Having a chance to collaborate with them is a great learning experience."
